How to use
Dissolve a single serving of the product 10 g (1.5 scoop) in 200-250 ml of water in a shaker. Take one serving 30 min before the training. Product is intended for adults with increased physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not use the product as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
