How to use
Defib is a highly dosed pre-workout for advanced trainers. Assess tolerance first. Mix one scoop (10.5 g) with 250–350 ml of water and take 20–30 minutes before training. Advanced users may take two scoops (21 g). Do not exceed 2 servings in any 24-hour period. High caffeine content; do not use within 5 hours of intended sleep.
