How to use
Use latex gloves if desired. Scoop a small amount into palm and massage a thin layer over entire body in circular motions just prior to competition. One application is enough. Avoid posing suit. Colour will not dry and may rub onto clothing. May apply Muscle Juice, Show Shine or Hot Stuff over top if desired. Wipe off after use. External use only.
