How to use

For external use only. Apply a thin layer 5 to 10 minutes before training. Apply directly to biceps and triceps in a circular motion until the liquid is fully absorbed. The product is hot and causes reddening and tingling that gradually fade after use. Do not use if you have high blood pressure. Avoid contact with eyes; rinse with water if contact occurs. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs. Do not apply on inflamed, chapped, sunburned, damaged or irritated skin. Do not put on face. Not for sensitive skin. Not intended for anyone under 18.
