How to use

Initial use: press the pump 3 times to prime. Shake well before every use. Spray into the mouth, ideally onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. Dosage: 4 sprays a day (or as directed by a healthcare practitioner). Does not need to be taken with food or water. Contains vitamin K — do not take if on anticoagulant medication unless advised by a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
