How to use
Mix 1 scoop (30g) to 300ml of water or milk in an Applied Nutrition shaker any time of the day to increase your daily protein intake. Consume 1-3 times daily. Beef-XP can also be mixed with cereal, porridge, used in baking and in many other recipes to add flavour and increase lactose free protein. Scoops are estimated only, weighing scales are recommended.
