Week One: Take one capsule per day. Week Two: Take two capsules (1 serving) per day. Next Working Day Delivery (UK Only) is FREE on orders of £75 and over or £3.99 for orders under £75. Your order will be delivered via DPD or Royal Mail. This service aims to deliver the next working day, however we can not guarantee Saturday delivery. Please note for all orders it is important that customers leave a contact number. DPD are able to offer a 1 hour delivery window providing customers can be contacted. If you order by 3pm, Monday to Friday, you should receive your goods the next day. Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on that day and delivered by Tuesday. If you order on Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your goods on the following Tuesday. We cannot process or deliver on a Bank Holiday or Sundays. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, a delivery card will be left.
