Anwendung
take 1-2 portions a day – before a meal or training and after training or before sleep. Dissolve 1 portion of the product (7,2 g of powder = 1 scoop) in 200 ml of water; use a shaker for at least 10 seconds. Consume directly after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
