How to use
Take 1 capsule daily with water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed 3 capsules in any 24-hour period. Not suitable for persons under 18. Contains caffeine (300 mg per capsule) — not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not consume on an empty stomach or together with other products containing green tea.
