Can I return my order?
Yes. As an EU consumer you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To qualify for a full product refund, items must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging.
Which items cannot be returned?
For hygiene and food-safety reasons, supplements and foods cannot be returned once their seal or packaging has been opened, as EU law allows for sealed goods unsuitable for return after unsealing. Faulty or incorrectly delivered products are always our responsibility, opened or not.
How do I start a return?
Email dropshipping@oggym.ee with your order number and tell us which items you are returning. We reply within one business day with the return address and simple instructions. Please do not send a return before receiving our confirmation — it travels faster and safer to the correct address.
Who pays for return shipping?
For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer covers the cost of sending the parcel back. If the product arrived faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, the return costs nothing — we arrange and pay for the return or simply refund or replace without one.
When will I get my refund?
We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of their dispatch, as EU law requires. You will get an email confirmation when the refund is issued.
