Supplenivo sells food supplements, so product facts and buying guidance need a higher standard than ordinary retail copy. This page explains who creates our content, which evidence we use, how claims are checked and how to report a correction.
Who creates Supplenivo content?
Product pages and guides are written and maintained by the Supplenivo editorial team at OG klubi OÜ. We do not present the team as doctors, dietitians or independent researchers. Our role is to turn verified label, manufacturer and regulatory information into clear shopping information. General content is not medical advice and does not diagnose, prevent or treat disease.
What sources do we use?
For a product page, the primary source is the current manufacturer label or another traceable manufacturer document. We cross-check identity, pack size, ingredients, allergens, recommended daily portion, active amounts, warnings, responsible food business operator, GTIN and market status before a product can be sold. The verified information is rendered as HTML so it is available before purchase, not hidden in an image or delivered package.
For regulatory and health-claim questions, we prefer primary authorities and legislation, including the Food Safety Authority of Ireland, the EU Register of nutrition and health claims and the underlying EU legal acts. Guides should link the sources that support their material factual statements.
How do we review supplement claims?
- We distinguish a product fact from a nutrition or health claim.
- A health claim must be authorised for use in the relevant EU market, and the product must meet its conditions of use.
- Required context and warnings stay beside the claim; a disclaimer cannot repair a prohibited disease claim.
- Customer reviews, brand copy and imagery are subject to the same claim rules as our own text.
- If evidence or market approval is incomplete, the product remains unavailable and excluded from product rich-result data and product sitemaps.
How are guides written and updated?
We start with the shopper’s question, give a direct answer, then add the conditions, comparison details and primary sources needed to check it. A guide displays its publication date and most recent update date. We queue a new review when a cited rule changes, a material source is replaced, a correction is reported or the products discussed no longer match the article. Content that cannot be supported should be corrected, consolidated or withdrawn rather than kept for search traffic.
Commercial independence and conflicts
Supplenivo is a retailer and may earn revenue when a reader buys a product. That commercial relationship is not evidence that a product works, and it does not change the legal standard for a claim. Sponsored placement, free samples or another material brand relationship must be disclosed where it affects content. A manufacturer may correct its own product facts, but it does not receive an undisclosed right to approve editorial conclusions.
Corrections
If you find an inaccurate product fact, broken source or unclear conflict disclosure, email dropshipping@oggym.ee with the page URL and the evidence supporting the correction. We prioritise safety, allergen, dosage and legal-labelling issues. Material corrections should update the page’s modification date and, where useful to readers, include a short correction note.
