Composition
Shilajit ( Asphaltum punjabianum ). May contain: gluten , eggs , soy , peanuts , milk (including lactose ), nuts , sesame , sulphur dioxide and sulphites .
How to use
Recommended daily dose: 500 mg (250 mg twice a day). Before first use, add half a teaspoon of warm water and leave for min. 3 hours. Dissolve 250 mg (marking corresponding to 0,25 g on the included stick) in warm water or another warm beverage. Take twice a day.
