How to use

drink 1 portion (12,5 ml = ½ of the ampoule) once a day before training or before sexual activity. Use the measuring cap included to measure the appropriate portion – 12,5 ml. Shake before use. One ampoule contains 2 portions. Once opened, keep refrigera ted and consume within 24 hours. Before use consult your doctor, dietician or sexologist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
