These terms govern purchases from the Supplenivo online store, operated by OG klubi OÜ (Estonia). Ordering from the store means accepting these terms. Nothing here limits the rights you have under EU or your national consumer law.
1. The seller

2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in the currency of the selected country and include VAT at the applicable rate. The delivery fee is shown separately at checkout before payment. Available payment methods are listed at checkout; payments are processed by a licensed payment service provider.
3. Ordering and contract
The sales contract is concluded when we send the order confirmation email. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we contact you before dispatch and offer a replacement, partial delivery or a full refund of the affected items.
4. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from a fulfilment centre inside the European Union. Country-specific delivery fees and estimates are described on the shipping and delivery page and shown at checkout. Risk passes to you when you or your representative receives the goods.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, as described on the returns page. Sealed food supplements cannot be returned after the seal is opened, for health and hygiene reasons permitted by EU law. Refunds are made within 14 days to the original payment method.
6. Defective products
If a product is defective, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund it, including any delivery costs. Statutory warranty rights under your national law apply in full.
7. Product information
Products are food supplements and foods, not medicines. They do not replace a varied diet. Always follow the label: recommended daily amount, warnings and storage. Product pages reflect manufacturer labelling; the label on the delivered product is authoritative.
8. Disputes
Complaints are first handled by our support at dropshipping@oggym.ee. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform or turn to their national consumer disputes committee. These terms are governed by Estonian law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
These terms will be finalised and legally reviewed before the store goes live.
