Which countries does Supplenivo deliver to?
Supplenivo will open with a defined list of European countries, published on this page before the store goes live. A country is added to the list only after we have verified its real delivery price and delivery time with our carrier — we do not list markets we cannot serve reliably.
Because dispatch happens inside the EU, deliveries to EU countries involve no customs procedures and no import fees for the customer.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced as a flat fee per order for each country, independent of order weight within normal parcel limits. The exact fee for every supported country will be listed here and shown at checkout. There are no separate handling or packaging charges.
When will my order arrive?
Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off time are handed to the carrier the same business day. Total delivery time depends on your country and will be stated as a working-day estimate on each product page and at checkout. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel ships.
What if my parcel is delayed, lost or damaged?
Contact us at dropshipping@oggym.ee with your order number. We track every shipment, handle the carrier claim ourselves and agree a replacement or refund with you — you never need to negotiate with the courier.
